The supply of apartments in the central area of Porto will soon increase. The commercialization of a new real estate development recently started- NEW LIFE Residences Lindo Vale, which is offering seven new apartments on the market, in the parish of Paranhos. The apartments, of T2, T1 and T0 typology, should be ready for habitation at the end of 2025. Old Life, S.A is in charge of this construction work.

The NEW LIFE Residences Lindo Vale development will be built on Rua Lindo Vale, in the parish of Paranhos, 10 minutes from the historic center of Porto. This is a development that includes seven apartments of  T2, T1 and T0 typology, with elevator, on three floors. Prices range from 180.000€ to 400.000€.
