The offer of houses in the city of Braga will soon increase. This week the construction of the new residential development – NEW LIFE Residences Sto. António, who puts twelve new houses on the market, in the parish of Frossos. The new homes should be ready to move in in the second half of 2022. Five of them have already been sold off-plan. This work is in charge of the company Old Life Imobiliária, S.A..

NEW LIFE Residences Sto. António is being built at Rua Dr. José Alves Coimbra da Silva, in Frossos, about five minutes from the center of Braga. It is a development that includes twelve houses of type T3 or T4, according to the client’s needs. Each villa has a gross construction area of ​​271 square meters (m2) and a floor area of ​​252 m2.

One of the distinguishing features of the NEW LIFE Residences Sto. António is the concrete that “has a prominent place in our projects. The houses are built in reinforced concrete, which gives them unique strength and stability. A unique construction method that, combined with other materials, assumes all the thermal and acoustic properties necessary for a high quality and maximum comfort dwelling”, highlights Manuel Pedrosa, CEO of Old Life.

The villas have pleasant gardened leisure areas, where you can enjoy quality moments in complete privacy. The houses have a garage for two cars and an outdoor area at the living room and kitchen.

The development also includes full air conditioning, fireplace, furnished and equipped kitchen, heat pump and pre-installation of solar panels.

Five houses have already been sold.

Before construction began, Old Life sold five of the twelve houses off the ground. At the moment, the price of houses is between 280 thousand (in strip) and 300 thousand (drawer).

“The design of our homes and the way we build is attracting attention. Those who visit us leave with a good impression. We have a project underway in Real (five houses already sold) and it is there that we take interested parties to understand the quality and rigor of our projects”, explains Manuel Pedrosa.

This project was designed by the architectural firm Francisco Marques, from Braga. “With contemporary lines, with exposed concrete, the villas have a modern and minimalist aesthetic. The rough appearance of the concrete merges with a slatted natural wood that gives it a unique touch of elegance and refinement”, explains Márcio Cunha, architect of the project.

NEW LIFE was created in 2020 and is the own construction brand of Old Life Imobiliária S.A., a company operating in the real estate business since 2013 (AMI: 10046). So far, five NEW LIFE Residences developments located in Braga and Vila Nova de Famalicão (Brufe) are underway.
